Factory Manager – Hyderabad & BangaloreWe are a fast-growing cold-pressed juice manufacturing company seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead end-to-end factory operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily production and factory operations
- Ensure production targets, quality, hygiene, and food safety compliance
- Lead manpower planning, shift management, and team productivity
- Minimize wastage and improve operational efficiency
- Coordinate with Procurement, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and statutory regulations
Requirements- 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing operations
- Experience in Food Processing, Beverages, FMCG, or Fresh Produce Manufacturing preferred
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience managing shop-floor operations and production teams
LocationHyderabad & Bangalore
- Note: Candidates from manufacturing industries only will be considered. Experience in service, IT, fintech, or non-manufacturing sectors is not relevant.
