Role Description: LuckyBrass is looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Manager to oversee day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth, efficient production.

Key Requirements

* Qualification: Graduate

* Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

* Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing/processes

* Good understanding of factory operations, production, manpower management and workflow

* Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills

* Ability to manage day-to-day factory activities efficiently
