With large-scale production operations and a strong export focus, we are continuously strengthening our manufacturing leadership team.

We are hiring ahighly driven Factory Managerto take full ownership of daily factory operations and ensure production runs efficiently, consistently, and at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadend-to-end factory operationsincluding production planning, scheduling, and execution
• Drivedaily production targets, efficiency, and on-time order fulfillment
• Maintain strictquality standards across all production stages
• Supervise and coordinateproduction teams, supervisors, and shop-floor workforce
• Identify and implementprocess improvements to increase productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks
• Monitoroutput, resource utilization, and operational discipline on the factory floor
• Resolve operational challenges quickly to ensurecontinuous production flow

Ideal Candidate

• Strong experience infactory management, manufacturing operations, or production leadership
• Proven ability tomanage large shop-floor teams and deliver production targets
• Hands-on approach toquality control, process optimization, and operational problem-solving
• Experience incoir, textile, rubber, or similar manufacturing industriesis preferred
• Degree/Diploma inEngineering, Production, or Operationsis an advantage

Compensation

35,000 50,000 per month (based on experience)
