This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager, based in Saket, New Delhi. The Factory Manager will oversee daily production operations and ensure that all manufacturing processes run efficiently. Responsibilities include production planning, quality control, and managing production teams. Additionally, the Factory Manager will ensure operational excellence, maintain schedules, and implement process improvements within the factory to optimize output and quality.

• Experience in Production Planning and managing day-to-day production workflows
• Proficiency in Quality Control to ensure product standards are consistently met
• Strong skills in Production Management and Operations Management
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Operations and ability to drive process improvements
• Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills for efficient factory management
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in factory management or a similar role is highly desirable
