Job Title: Plant HR / Factory HR Officer – Manufacturing (Plywood Industry)

Saburi Plywood is looking for a dynamic Plant HR professional to manage complete HR operations at our manufacturing unit, including factory hiring, payroll management, labour law compliance, HR MIS and statutory compliances. Should be able to handle factory labours with authorityand responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end Plant HR / Factory HR operations for the plywood manufacturing unit
- Manpower planning, factory recruitment and onboarding
- Handling labour laws: Factories Act, CLRA, Minimum Wages Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act
- Payroll processing, attendance, overtime and wage calculations
- Statutory compliances: PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity
- Contract labour management and vendor compliance
- Coordination with Labor Officer, Factory Inspector and Government authorities
- Maintain HR MIS, employee master data, reports and dashboards
- Handle employee relations, discipline and grievance management
- Maintenance of statutory registers and HR documentation
Requirements
Requirements:
- 6–10 years of experience in Plant / Factory as an HR
- Should be able to handle factory labours.
- Employee have to stay in the Factory, Accommodation & Food provided by the Company
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll and statutory compliance
- Experience in manufacturing / plywood / building material industry preferred
