Urgent Recruitment – Factory Helper (Worker)
We are urgently hiring Helpers for a factory. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Immediate joining is available. Limited vacancies available.

Salary:- 10,500/- to 12,500/- per month with PF+ESI ( Lodging free & Canteen facility available )

Duty Hours:– 11 hours (1 hour break)
Job Locations:- Ghutgoria, Bankura, West Bengal.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Assist in operating and monitoring plastic bag–making machines.
- Load raw materials (plastic rolls/granules) as required.
- Collect finished plastic bags from the machines.
- Sorting, counting, and packing finished products.
- Help in sealing, cutting, and bundling plastic bags.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods.
- Follow factory safety rules and supervisor instructions.
Qualifications & Requirements:- 8 pass and above.
No Prior Experience Required (training Provided).
Basic understanding of factory work preferred.
Physically fit for standing and manual work.
Willing to work in shifts if required.
