We are seeking an experienced Plant Head / Factory Head to lead our state-of-the-art modular office furniture manufacturing facility (wood and metal). The role requires a dynamic leader with proven experience managing 250+ workers, technicians, and supervisors in a high-volume production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end factory operations, ensuring >95% on-time delivery and output growth.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and TPM practices for efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, FSC, SEDEX, and statutory regulations.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team with clear KPIs.
• Foster a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
• Achieve annual cost savings through process optimization and waste reduction.

Ideal Candidate

• 15+ years in manufacturing operations, with minimum 5 years in plant leadership.
• Experience in modular furniture / wood / metal fabrication is essential.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven record of scaling production and managing large teams effectively.
