Educational Qualification:

B. Tech 2-3.8 yrs (Mechanical, Automobile, Electronics& Electrical)

Diploma 6.9-13.8 yrs

Location: Gurugram Plant

1.JOB PURPOSE

• Development of Service literature for new models and new technology.
• Coordination with Engg and SMC.
• Development of Special Service Tools

2.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Service Literature Development:

• Need to work on Engineering systems like I-BOM, DRS etc to understand model design for development of repair procedures.
• On job activity on vehicles to align understanding from design drawing and actual vehicle.
• Need to handle confidential information related to vehicle design, specification for future models.
• Understanding of domestic and export market legal requirements in terms of defining content in manuals to take care of compliance.
• Coordination with SMC and Engineering team for development activities of manual data.

3. MAJOR CHALLENGES

• Managing confidentiality of project
• Handling engineering systems (IBOM, UG, Team Center) and understanding of engineering drawing.
• Managing requirements and deadlines very strictly as required by SMC, and model launch prospective
• Handling activities related to OEM and working within the company guidelines considering OEM projects.
