Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Factory Control Auditor role based in Bagepalli. The Factory Control Auditor will review and monitor factory inventort and production records, payroll, fixed assets, and financial controls to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. Responsibilities include analyzing production quantities, validating inventory (received, utilised and leftover), reviewing variance reports, and assessing the integrity of financial reporting related to manufacturing operations. The role involves performing regular control checks on processes such as warehousing, production, and dispatch, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions. The Factory Control Auditor will collaborate with finance, operations, and management teams to improve internal controls, enhance cost efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw clear conclusions.
  • Solid grounding in Finance and Financial Reporting, including understanding of financial statements and key performance metrics.
  • Professional competence in Accounting and Cost Accounting, especially in manufacturing or factory environments. Experience in Garment indusry would be added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience with internal controls, audits, and compliance reviews in an industrial or production setting.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting/ERP systems; comfort working with data and reports.
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to document findings clearly and objectively.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams on-site in Bengaluru.
