Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Testing Facility Development Manager based in MSIL Gurugram R&D & MSIL R&D Center Rohtak Haryana India. The Facility Development Manager will oversee and manage the facility planning, development, and execution of facilities to support devwlopment of vehile within timeframe. I am collaborate with teams to identify business needs, execute testing facility projects, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintain optimized workflows within facilities. Regular monitoring, reporting, and communication will be key responsibilities of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management and planning skills for facility development and infrastructure improvement.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and team coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in budget management, vendor management & negotiations, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Relevant experience in facility planning or development projects, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with strong capabilities of Project Management
