Education: Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Maintenance

Work Experience: 7-10 years in school, corporate in a facility maintenance roles

Key Role & Responsibility:

1. Oversee daily maintenance of all buildings, electrical, plumbing, and civil infrastructure across school campuses, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

2. Prepare and Implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems, air-conditioning, plumbing, and school grounds to minimize downtime. 

3. Monitor safety, cleanliness, and facility compliance across campuses using standardized checklists.

4. Supervise repair and work quality, ensuring adherence to timelines, specifications, and approved budgets.

5. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for routine and emergency maintenance work wherever required, ensuring proper documentation of services rendered.

6. Maintain maintenance logs and reports, including daily complaint registers, service records, and expenditure logs.

7. Inspect school facilities regularly and share feedback reports with Sr. Admin on infrastructure status, issues, and requirements.

8. Ensure energy efficiency and resource conversation, including proper upkeep of lighting, HVAC systems, and water management facilities
