Role Description The Facility Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli. This role oversees day-to-day facility operations, ensuring that office infrastructure, utilities, security, and workplace services run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include supervising facility staff and vendors, coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing space utilization, and implementing health, safety, and compliance standards. The Facility Operations Manager will monitor operational performance, track costs, and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the work environment. This role works closely with management and cross-functional teams to align facility operations with organizational needs and growth plans.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills for overseeing daily facility activities and processes.
Candidates should possess solid Supervisory Skills to lead staff, manage vendors, and coordinate external service providers.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and stakeholder management skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Candidates should possess sound Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support operational decision-making.
Experience in facility or building operations, workplace management, or related fields is beneficial.
Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards in facility operations is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site, prioritize tasks, and respond promptly to operational issues and emergencies.
A relevant diploma or degree in facilities management, operations, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
