Job Summary
The Facility Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and
safety of the company's commercial and residential buildings. The role oversees all facility
services, tenant/resident support, vendor management, and compliance to maintain high-quality
living and working environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily facility operations, maintenance teams and service contractors.
- Ensure proper functioning of MEP systems, housekeeping, landscaping, security and waste
management.
- Address tenant/resident service requests and maintain strong service standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Maintain compliance with building safety standards, statutory requirements, and emergency
procedures.
- Oversee budgets, vendor contracts and cost control for facility services.
- Coordinate move-ins, handovers and community/tenant-related operational needs.
