Facility Manager

Location: Canada & Australia

Experience: 4-14

Salary:- 34LPA - 42LPA

• Oversee the maintenance of buildings, offices, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure everything remains in good working condition.
• Supervise security personnel, monitor access control systems, and ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and company property.
• Monitor electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, lifts, generators, and other essential equipment.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, security, and other facility-related services.
• Prepare and manage facility budgets, control operational expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Conduct fire drills, inspect fire safety equipment, and ensure emergency response procedures are in place.
• Supervise facility staff, assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure adequate manpower availability.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment breakdowns and operational disruptions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on maintenance activities, expenses, incidents, and facility performance.
• Coordinate with HR, administration, finance, security, and other departments to meet organizational facility requirements.
