Job Description-Facility Manager (H.P. Modi School)
Location: Bikaner
Job Responsibilities
· Overall responsible for maintenance and security of the office.
· Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance.
· Plan and coordinate all installations (AC/ducts, plumbing, RO, electricity etc.) and refurbishments.
· Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
· To look after regular servicing and maintenance of all installations in the office premises.
· Inspect office structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
· Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
· Supervise all facilities staff and external contractors (housekeepers, pest controller etc.)
· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises at all times.
· Control activities like, waste disposal, office security etc.
· Allocate office space according to needs.
· Handle AMC/Renewals of the installed facilities.
· Maintain ongoing communication with service provider & keep maintenance records.
Requirements and skills
· Proven experience as facilities officer or relevant position.
· Graduate or Post graduate in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field.
· Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
· Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
· Good analytical/critical thinking.
