Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities – East Region

§ Handling East region

§ Overall responsibilities of 40+ branches across east region

§ Infra requirements upkeep and issues handling

§ Renovation of the offices if required.

§ Single point of contact for the eastern region.

§ Budgeting for east region & expense tracking

§ Handling audits of internal and External and addressing all the observations if any as per the timelines

§ Dealing with Landlords, Building Management and service providers.

§ Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, building, etc., purchasing, implication and operations of security and surveillance.

§ Coordinating with various departments within the corporate office and all branch offices.

§ Deal with quotations, purchase request and Purchase orders for the requirement at site.

§ Procurement and maintenance of office equipment like AC, DG, EPABX, UPS, Batteries, Stabilizer/ Furniture / Fixtures, to ensure their service ability and AMC.

§ Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.

§ New Projects management, cost optimization and implementing business expansion plans as per the organization's requirement.

§ Remodeling for old offices as per the upgraded standards.

§ Finding and finalizing the new properties as per the business requirement.

§ Contracts handling, new, renewal or any addendums.

Roles & Responsibilities – BBSR Development Center

§ General Upkeep of the Facility

§ Handling Physical security and House Keeping deployments, attendance and services.

§ Vendor Management along with visitor Management.

§ Liasioning with Govt authorities on the subsidies and taking care of the billing

§ KFin portal uploading all the bills and ensure that they are timely paid and processed.

§ Event management, organizing meetings, conferences, and logistics arrangements.

§ Responsible for statutory logistics and timely renewal of Shop and Establishment and trade License and other compliance as per the requirement.

§ Ensure all Statutory compliance of Labour laws are in place. S&E, CLRA, Trade&Fire etc.

§ Handling audits of internal and External and addressing all the observations if any as per the timelines

§ Handling Risk Register

§ ESG– MIS Reporting Quarterly

§ MIS reporting on a regular basis. Budgeting & provisioning on timely basis.

§ BRSR– MIS Reporting Annually by collecting data from all the branches- in Tandem with HO SPOC
