Job description
- We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a large logistics park. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operations across multiple domains including security, housekeeping, technical services, vendor coordination, and tenant relations. This role demands a proactive leader capable of ensuring operational excellence and delivering a seamless experience to all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Park Operations Management
- Oversee the overall functioning and upkeep of the logistics park.
- Ensure smooth coordination among various service departments.
Security Management
- Develop and implement security protocols to safeguard people, goods, and infrastructure.
- Supervise the performance of the security team and liaise with security agencies.
- Conduct regular security audits and emergency preparedness drills.
Housekeeping
- Manage cleaning staff and ensure cleanliness across the entire premises.
- Establish and monitor schedules for waste disposal, pest control, and sanitation.
Vendor Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for services such as security, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Technical Services
- Coordinate maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other infrastructure.
- Schedule routine inspections and oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Work with technicians and external contractors for timely repairs and upgrades.
Tenant Handling
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all tenants within the logistics park.
- Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with lease terms and park regulations.
- Facilitate smooth move-ins, move-outs, and operational support.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in facility or park operations management, preferably in logistics or industrial parks.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and crisis management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of facility management software is a plus.

- Experience working in large-scale logistics, warehousing, or industrial facilities.
- Strong understanding of compliance, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Multilingual skills and ability to deal with diverse stakeholders.
