Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Facility Maintenance Executive with 1–3 years of experience to manage the day-to-day maintenance and smooth functioning of our office facility. The candidate will be responsible for basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC/air-conditioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.

key Responsibilities

  • Handle routine electrical maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
  • Attend to plumbing and water-related issues, including leakages, drainage, and fixtures.
  • Monitor and coordinate AC/HVAC maintenance and servicing.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks of office facilities.
  • Respond promptly to day-to-day maintenance and technical issues.
  • Coordinate with external technicians and service vendors when required.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, service schedules, and AMC details.
  • Monitor maintenance materials, tools, and basic spare parts.
  • Follow up with vendors to ensure timely and quality completion of work.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend suitable preventive measures.
  • Ensure the workplace is safe, functional, clean, and comfortable.
  • Coordinate with the Experience Manager regarding facility-related requirements.
  • Support office infrastructure improvement and facility-upgrade activities.

Required Skills

  • 1–3 years of relevant facility maintenance experience.a
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC/HVAC, and general building maintenance.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with external vendors and technicians.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, disciplined, and responsive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and handle urgent maintenance requirements.
