Develop and execute Zone operational strategy

Strengthen client & vendor relationships

Drive process improvements and best practices

Support business development initiatives

Operations Management

Oversee end-to-end Zone operations

Manage key client accounts

Ensure SOP compliance & reporting (MIS)

Optimize manpower, materials & assets

Implement risk management & quality controls

Financial Management

Budget planning & cost optimization

Invoicing and collections oversight

Drive profitability and efficiency

People Leadership

Recruit senior leadership roles

Performance management & training

Employee engagement & succession planning

Success Metrics:
