Job Description

Technical Executive Roles And Responsibilities

  • Operations & Maintenance

Oversee day-to-day operation of Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, and BMS systems.

Ensure smooth functioning of UPS, AHUs, chillers, and other critical infrastructure.

Monitor building management system (BMS) alarms and take corrective action.

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance as per schedule.

  • Facility Management Support

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely completion of service activities.

The ensuring compliance with safety, statutory, and quality standards.

Maintain uptime of critical systems with minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Monitoring & Reporting

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on energy consumption, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.

Prepare snag lists, incident reports, and root cause analysis for escalations.

Inventory of spares and consumables.

  • Technical Support

Provide support for project works, renovations, and new installations.

Ensure proper handover of systems after vendor activities.

Support Audit Requirements With Necessary Data, Reports, And Documentation.

  • Safety & Compliance

Implement and monitor safety procedures during maintenance and project activities.

Ensure fire safety equipment and emergency systems are functional at all times.

Participate in HSE audits and compliance checks.

  • People & Communication

Coordinate with internal teams, global security, and clients for access, approvals, and operational support.

Guide technicians and contractors during on-site work.

Escalate issues proactively to the Facility Manager or client representatives.
