Key Responsibilities
Property Operations & Maintenance
- Support Chief Engineer / Dy. Chief Engineer in managing MEP systems and civil works
- Oversee maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil installations
- Ensure smooth functioning of all technical systems within the facility
- Handle shifts independently for all engineering-related activities
Preventive Maintenance & Reliability
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Prepare and manage critical spares inventory as per manufacturer guidelines
- Reduce equipment breakdowns through proactive maintenance planning
- Maintain maintenance schedules, logbooks, and checklists
Breakdown & Incident Management
- Manage equipment downtime and breakdown situations effectively
- Ensure quick resolution of technical issues to minimize operational disruptions
- Prepare incident and downtime reports
Contractor & Vendor Management
- Monitor and review contractor performance and service quality
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site rules
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and project activities
Reporting & Documentation
- Provide daily reports on M&E operations to senior engineering leadership
- Generate service reports for equipment maintenance
- Manage inventory, procurement records, and consumption tracking
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance
Energy Management & Efficiency
- Promote and implement energy conservation initiatives
- Monitor utility usage and recommend optimization measures
Project & Client Support
- Assist in executing technical projects within timelines and quality standards
- Support ad-hoc M&E setups based on client requirements
- Contribute to achieving KPIs, SLAs, and financial targets
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards
- Maintain safe working conditions and compliance with regulatory requirements
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements
- Support implementation of best practices in facility management
