Job Description:
Facility Executive - Soft Services
Core Roles and Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping & Cleaning Management: Oversee cleanliness of offices, restrooms, and common areas, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Vendor and Contract Management: Coordinate with external agencies for housekeeping, catering, pest control, and landscaping.
- Staff Scheduling & Supervision: Manage rosters for security and cleaning staff, ensuring required manpower is present and in proper uniform.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) knowledge for chemicals.
- Inventory & Asset Management: Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and office pantry consumables (tea/coffee).
- Client Liaising & Reporting: Act as the primary point of contact for client complaints, addressing them within agreed turnaround times and preparing management information system (MIS) reports.
- Waste Management: Manage waste disposal and recycling processes.
Position: Facility Executive – Soft Services
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field
Professional Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in facility management or hospitality operations
Work Arrangement:
Shift Structure: Round-the-clock operations with three rotating shifts
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Working Days: 6 days per week
