Facility Executive- Soft Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage housekeeping operations and ensure cleanliness of office premises.
• Supervise housekeeping staff, janitors, and contractors.
• Monitor washrooms, meeting rooms, cafeterias, and common areas.
• Coordinate pest control activities and hygiene standards.
• Manage pantry services and refreshment arrangements.
• Ensure availability of cleaning materials and consumables.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and audits.
• Maintain service quality as per SLA/KPI requirements.
• Handle employee complaints related to cleanliness and workplace services.
• Prepare reports on housekeeping performance and vendor management.
• Support event setups, VIP visits, and office functions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  
  

2. Help Desk Services - Roles & Responsibilities

The Help Desk acts as the single point of contact for facility-related requests and complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and log service requests through calls, emails, portals, or ticketing systems.
• Generate, assign, and track work orders/tickets.
• Coordinate with maintenance, soft services, security, and technical teams.
• Monitor ticket closure within SLA timelines.
• Update users on the status of their requests.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain records of complaints, requests, and resolutions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Track preventive maintenance schedules and service requests.
• Support employee onboarding requests related to facilities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely response and resolution.
• Analyze recurring issues and recommend improvements.
