Job Description Summary

Responsible for managing and ensuring smooth operations of soft services within the facility, including housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, waste management, and front office services. The role focuses on maintaining hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction while adhering to company standards and compliance requirements.

About the Role:

  • Supervise daily cleaning activities and ensure adherence to SOPs.
  • Monitor hygiene standards in common areas, washrooms, and workspaces
  • Manage contracts and performance of housekeeping, pest control, and landscaping vendors.
  • Ensure timely service delivery and compliance with SLAs.
  • Oversee reception and helpdesk operations for smooth visitor management.
  • Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution of service requests.
  • Support sustainability initiatives like recycling and energy-saving measures.
  • Implement waste segregation and disposal practices.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and maintain documentation for ISO and other certifications.
  • Assist in preparing budgets for soft services.
  • Generate monthly reports on service performance and cost optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of facility management and soft services operations.
  • Vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and ability to handle emergencies.
  • Familiarity with CAFM tools and MS Office.

About You

Graduate in any discipline (preferably Hotel Management or Facilities Management).

6 to 8 years of experience in soft services within corporate facilities.

Knowledge of statutory compliance and safety standards.

Strong written and oral communication skills

High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
