We are seeking an experienced Facilities Executive specializing in soft services to oversee and manage non-technical facility operations at our corporate office location. This role focuses on coordinating and supervising soft services including cleaning, catering, landscaping, waste management, and other hospitality-related services that enhance the workplace experience for our employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Soft Services Management:
- Oversee daily cleaning operations including office areas, restrooms, common spaces, and specialized areas
- Manage catering services, kitchen facilities, and food service operations
- Coordinate landscaping and grounds maintenance for exterior areas
- Supervise waste management, recycling programs, and sustainability initiatives
- Manage reception, security, and visitor management services
Vendor & Contract Management:
- Manage relationships with soft services vendors and contractors
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with contract specifications
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and quality assessments
- Negotiate service improvements and resolve vendor-related issues
- Coordinate vendor scheduling and access management
Quality Control & Standards:
- Establish and maintain high standards for all soft services operations
- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure service quality and cleanliness standards
- Implement quality control procedures and corrective action plans
- Monitor customer satisfaction through feedback systems and surveys
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Operational Excellence:
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for soft services
