Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise housekeeping staff and service vendors to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
  • Monitor daily cleaning schedules for offices, common areas, restrooms, and other facility spaces.
  • Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal according to company and environmental guidelines.
  • Coordinate pest control activities and hygiene inspections.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning materials, consumables, and housekeeping equipment.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and maintain service quality.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance within the premises.
  • Handle client or employee complaints related to housekeeping or soft services.
  • Train housekeeping staff on cleaning standards, safety procedures, and service etiquette.
  • Maintain daily reports, attendance records, and service logs.

Required Skills

  • Good team management and supervision skills
  • Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning chemicals
  • Basic communication and reporting skills

  • Attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards

Qualification

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree (Hotel Management, Facility Management, or any relevant field preferred)

Experience

  • 25 years of experience in housekeeping or facility management.

Work Environment

  • Corporate offices, hospitals, malls, airports, hotels, or residential facilities.
