Technical Leadership
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for facility engineering.
- Lead conceptual studies, FEED, detailed engineering, and brownfield modifications.
- Review and approve engineering deliverables and technical decisions.
- Ensure alignment with project objectives, safety standards, and best practices.
Facility Engineering
- Develop and review facility design basis, layouts, and system configurations.
- Support equipment selection, utilities design, and process integration.
- Ensure compliance with API, ASME, ISO, IEC, and company standards.
- Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, and design reviews.
Project & Operational Support
- Provide technical solutions during design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Support troubleshooting, debottlenecking, and facility optimization.
- Drive reliability and lifecycle performance improvements.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Interface with clients, EPC contractors, licensors, and vendors.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Support proposal development and technical evaluations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Process Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 1520+ years of oil & gas facility engineering experience.
- Chartered Engineer or equivalent certification preferred.
