About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Facility & Admin Supervisor to manage day-to-day facility operations across outlets and office spaces. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, civil maintenance, or general facility management and should be capable of coordinating vendors, supervising maintenance activities, and ensuring smooth operational upkeep.

This role requires someone who can independently handle repair and maintenance work, monitor projects, coordinate with technicians/vendors, and maintain admin support functions efficiently.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Facility & Maintenance Management

  • Oversee daily facility operations across outlets/offices.
  • Coordinate and supervise electrical, plumbing, civil, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance work.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
  • Handle breakdowns and ensure quick resolution of maintenance issues.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and technicians for repair and project work.
  • Monitor fit-outs, renovation, and small construction projects.
  • Ensure all equipment and utilities are functioning properly.

Admin Operations

  • Manage office and outlet administration activities.
  • Maintain AMC records, vendor contracts, maintenance logs, and bills.
  • Track inventory for maintenance supplies and consumables.
  • Support procurement of facility-related materials and services.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with operations teams for maintenance requirements.
  • Share regular updates and reports on facility status and ongoing work.
  • Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
  • Control maintenance costs and avoid operational downtime.
Candidate Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in facility management, maintenance supervision, site supervision, admin operations, or related roles.
  • Background in construction, electrical, plumbing, civil works, maintenance, or technical operations preferred.
  • Experience handling multiple sites/outlets is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of repair and maintenance processes.
  • Ability to coordinate with technicians, contractors, and vendors effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Two-wheeler and willingness to travel between locations preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period.
  • Candidates from hospitality, retail, restaurants, commercial spaces, or facility management backgrounds preferred.
  • Practical, field-oriented, and execution-focused mindset.
