Job Title: Manager – Facilities Manager

About Role
To drive centralization, cost efficiency, and operational excellence across facilities functions (transport, cafeteria, housekeeping, and infrastructure projects) by standardizing vendors, optimizing costs, and implementing governance frameworks across location
Key Responsibilities
Consolidation & Optimization
Lead standardization of vendors across locations for key services (transport, cafeteria, housekeeping.Rationalize vendor base and eliminate duplicationDrive centralized procurement and rate negotiations to achieve economies of scaleIdentify operational inefficiencies and implement optimization initiatives
Cost Management
Develop and implement cost benchmarks across facilities servicesDrive annual cost-saving initiatives and track realized benefitsImprove budgeting and forecasting through data-driven insightsEnsure cost control without compromising service quality
Project Management
Lead end-to-end execution of office projects including refurbishments and new setupsManage timelines, budgets, vendor performance, and quality standardsCoordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Admin, Leadership) for seamless deliveryEnsure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Governance & Compliance
Develop and implement standardized SOPs across all locations.Strengthen vendor governance, contracts, and SLA adherenceEnsure compliance with statutory, safety, and company policiesBuild dashboards and reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility
Stakeholder Management
Act as a central coordination point for all facilities-related initiativesPartner with business leaders to understand requirements and deliver solutionsManage vendor relationships and performance reviews.
