Role Description

This is a full-time Facilities Manager - Technical role based on-site in Bengaluru. The Facilities Manager - Technical will oversee the maintenance and operations of facilities, ensuring compliance with technical standards and client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include managing equipment, coordinating with vendors, supervising technical staff, and ensuring the optimization of facility operations. The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues and implementing preventative maintenance plans.

Qualifications
  • Technical Knowledge: Expertise in facility management systems, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Management and Coordination: Strong skills in vendor management, budgeting, and supervising technical teams.
  • Safety and Compliance: Familiarity with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and facility compliance protocols.
  • Technical Tools: Proficiency in using facility management software and related digital tools.
  • Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field; prior experience in facility management roles; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
