Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in Vijayawada. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure the seamless functioning of facilities. Daily responsibilities include managing maintenance schedules, supervising facility staff, ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards, coordinating vendor services, managing budgeting and procurement for facility needs, and promptly addressing facility-related concerns to support the organization's operations effectively.

Qualifications

• Facilities management experience, including maintenance scheduling and vendor coordination
• Knowledge of safety, compliance standards, and environmental regulations
• Budget management and procurement expertise in a facilities-related context
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Supervisory experience and ability to manage and lead a team effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
