Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in Hyderabad. The Facilities Manager will oversee facility operations, manage maintenance services, and ensure the workspace's safety, functionality, and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating facility repairs, managing vendor relationships, overseeing security protocols, fostering a safe workplace environment, and ensuring that all systems and utilities operate efficiently. The Facilities Manager will also play a critical role in evaluating and improving facility processes to achieve optimal results.
Qualifications
- Experience in facility operations management, building maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency in implementing safety protocols, compliance with regulatory standards, and managing security systems.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proven ability in budget management, resource planning, and expense control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy-efficient facilities management is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
