About the role

As Facilities Manager, you'll own everything that keeps the company running day-to-day — payments, purchasing, vendors, and facility operations. Your job is to make sure R&D, production, and testing can run without friction.

We're a small team scaling fast, which means your scope will vary greatly — from making payments and managing purchase orders to coordinating with vendors, maintaining our facility, and keeping supplies stocked. Many of the systems you'll run don't exist yet. You'll build them from scratch!

This is a high-trust, high-ownership role for someone who takes pride in keeping things running and can't stand when things fall through the cracks.

You'll thrive here if you:

  • Enjoy taking vague or chaotic processes and turning them into systems that work.
  • Are comfortable working across payments, vendor management, facility ops, and admin.
  • Have strong follow-through — if something's pending, you'll chase it down until it's done.
  • Are proactive about facility maintenance — you notice what's broken before anyone else does.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Payments & Purchasing: Own all company payments — vendor invoices, rent, utilities, salaries, reimbursements, purchase orders. Set up expense tracking, maintain clean records, and coordinate with external accountants.
  • Facility Maintenance & Operations: Be the single point of contact for anything facility-related. Keep the workspace functional, safe, and well-maintained. Manage supplies, equipment, consumables, and shipments.
  • Vendor Coordination: Find and manage vendors for engineering supplies, raw materials, maintenance, etc.

This is a full-time, in-person role in Kada Agrahara, Bidarahalli, Banagalore
