Job Description

• Oversee daily soft services operations including housekeeping, cleaning, and security services

• Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and contractual obligations

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality and compliance standards

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Manage staff scheduling, training, grooming, and performance tracking

• Act as a point of contact for client interactions, feedback, and issue resolution

• Maintain inventory of consumables and ensure timely replenishment

• Process invoices, support budgeting activities, and generate operational reports

• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth facility operations
