Job Description
Facilities Executive -Soft Services
- Experience: 2 - 5 Years
- Shift Timings: Rotational shift
- Qualification: Any Graduation
- English communication is high mandatory
Facility Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee daily facility operations including housekeeping, security, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil maintenance.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor utility consumption (power, water, diesel) and ensure optimal usage.
Vendor & Service Management
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, pest control, cafeteria, transport, and maintenance services.
- Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met and validate vendor invoices.
- Maintain vendor records and performance evaluations.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, safety norms, and fire & life safety standards.
- Conduct fire drills, safety inspections, and maintain compliance documentation.
Space & Asset Management
- Assist in space planning, seating arrangements, and office fit-outs.
- Maintain records of assets, furniture, and inventory.
Employee Support
- Address and resolve employee facility-related queries and complaints.
- Support workplace initiatives to enhance employee comfort and productivity.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain facility logs, checklists, and reports.
- Prepare MIS reports on facility operations, costs, and incidents.
- Support audits and management reviews related to facilities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, or relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in facilities or administration (industry-specific as required).
- Knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and vendor management.
