Key Responsibilities
Facility Setup & Transition
- Establish facility management systems for the property.
- Ensure readiness of:
- Fire safety systems
- HVAC
- Elevators
- DG sets
- STP/WTP
- Electrical distribution systems
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for installation, testing, and commissioning of building systems.
- Manage service contracts and AMC documentation.
- Ensure proper handover of vendor contacts and service records.
Customer Handover Support
- Assist in customer property inspection and unit possession process.
- Address customer queries during handover.
- Ensure proper documentation and sign-off.
Team Management
- Supervise facility staff including:
- Security
- Housekeeping
- Maintenance technicians
- Ensure service quality and safety standards.
