Facilities Executive – Technical

• Oversee daily technical operations including HVAC, electrical systems, DG sets, fire protection systems, plumbing, and BMS

• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance schedules to minimize downtime

• Conduct technical audits and ensure equipment efficiency and reliability

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and AMC partners to ensure SLA compliance

• Supervise onsite technicians and maintenance contractors during repair and service activities

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, CGDP)

• Conduct routine inspections to identify operational risks and ensure timely resolution

• Monitor maintenance budgets and ensure cost optimization across technical operations

• Maintain asset registers, maintenance logs, and equipment history records

• Prepare technical reports and operational performance dashboards for management

• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to junior technicians and support staff

• Support incident resolution and emergency maintenance requirements

• Ensure availability and reliability of critical facility systems at all times

• Coordinate with facility and soft services teams for integrated operations support

• Track vendor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations
