Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and proactive Facilities Executive to join our Work Dynamics team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the seamless daily operations of our properties, focusing on administrative functions, security, and overall facility services. You'll work closely with the Facilities Manager and Assistant Facilities Manager to drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards.
What This Job Involves:
- Prioritizing Facilities Needs: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are managed efficiently.
- Inventory & Contract Management: Monitor property supplies to ensure adequate stock levels for smooth operations. You'll also manage supply and service contracts as approved by clients.
- Risk Mitigation: Actively participate in emergency evacuation procedures, handle crisis management, and contribute to business continuity plans. You'll also stay on top of health and safety issues and participate in their review.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor the property's budget, ensuring sufficient petty cash for operations and compliance of vendor invoice processes with established standards.
- Client Satisfaction & Performance: Take ownership of challenging issues and actively seek opportunities to improve operations. You'll work closely with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Reporting & Audits: Conduct routine service audits to maintain overall team performance. You'll also be responsible for creating stock reports, meeting minutes, and monthly management reports for clients.
To Apply, You Need to Have:
- Strong knowledge of property operations.
- A degree in Business, Hotel Management, or Building Management.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in facilities management.
- Good working knowledge of occupational safety.
- Aptitude for client-centric operations.
- Solid background in team management with a proven track record.
- Ability to effectively roll out improvement plans.
- Superior communication and reporting skills.
