Ensure immediate response to Priority Calls
Take rounds of the office floor & Lab to ensure high standards of housekeeping and upkeep.
Continually seeks to develop housekeeping policies and procedures to improve the current operation.
Assists in the training and development of all housekeeping janitors /Chamber maids.
Assists in managing preparation of schedules and workloads for housekeeping staff ensuring maximum efficiency.
Co-ordinate with CL leaders/ plant head complaints and take corrective action when necessary.
Prepares and reviews daily housekeeping reports. (weekly & monthly reports)
Check if the various checklists are filled at the frequency instructed in the suggested formats.
Brief all Supervisors at the end of each shift.
Monitor that the staff is cleaning in the required manner to ensure that the surfaces are maintained in the best possible way and to enhance their endurance.
Inspect the turnout and attendance of the staff and sign the shift register.
Muster all the housekeeping staff during the day before deployment and communicate the priorities of the day!
Meet the housekeeping in charge during the shift to discuss and communicate priorities for the shift and address complaints.
Keep stock of all consumables
Maintain inventories for all consumables
Ensure orders are dispatched on time and follow up with the stores to ensure timely supply.
All equipment's working conditions should be monitored on a regular basis. (service record should be maintained)
Generate Monthly Management Reports in the agreed format to the FM.
Take rounds of the facility regularly to identify issues in Housekeeping and Cafeteria etc. and initiate immediate rectification actions.
Ensure discipline, proper attire, and etiquette in the staff under them.
Performs additional job duties as requested.
Received & Consumption tracker follow update on monthly & maintain re-ordering level.
Daily basis take employee feedback form from the client as per the expectations.
Scarp clearing and maintenance monitoring co-ordination with vendor partner.
Vendor grooming and real time monitoring of services and periodic reviews and ensure adherence to SLA.
