Job Description

The Site Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of site facilities to ensure a safe, clean, functional, and efficient workplace. This role coordinates with vendors, internal teams, and service providers to maintain building operations, support employees, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance, and utilities
  • Monitor vendor performance and service delivery
  • Handle work orders, inspections, and minor repairs
  • Support health, safety, and statutory compliance
  • Assist with space management, office setups, and employee support
  • Maintain records, reports, and inventory
