As a Numerator Executive Strategy Practice Lead, you drive the creation and delivery of insights that breakthrough to busy executives and create a desire for Numerator data. You will join a new team at Numerator whose mission is to accelerate Numerator data becoming the new market standard. This is an exciting opportunity to blend analytics and business development to flood the market with better data and redefine core performance metrics like market share!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage senior executives to accelerate enterprise adoption of Numerator data. Generate new relationships/leads to transition to sales for further development
  • Create outreach and engagement strategies for each of your accounts.
  • Pull together compelling insights and present them to senior executives at target accounts
  • Create desire and urgency for Numerator data within the organization
  • Partner with and mentor a small team of Strategy Managers and Analysts
  • Collaborate with your peers to share best practices and identify common approaches that would engage executives at additional accounts
  • Develop a differentiated point of view on your accounts and the categories in which they operate
  • Work with account teams to understand business priorities at all levels within each target account

What You'll Bring to Numerator

Competencies:

  • Strong team player who works well with others while also being an independent thinker
  • Passion for building in the ambiguity of a nascent area, with respect for larger organizational needs
  • Strong verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills, including to senior executives
  • Ability to translate data into compelling insights
  • Mastery of the US FMCG CPG and retailer space and deep knowledge of US POS & panel market dynamics
  • Experience in consulting, a start-up, or another related business environment
  • Deep understanding of Numerator's products and capabilities
  • A known industry innovator in at least one vertical within the CPG space (e.g. Beverages, Grocery, Beauty & Personal Care, etc.), through deep industry experience, thought leadership creation, conference presentations, etc.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of CPG industry experience with demonstrated expertise in at least one vertical
  • Strong network of consumer goods business contacts, including CMO, CGO, CCO, etc.
  • Demonstrated success in developing innovative data narratives that translate into business results
  • Team management experience
  • Turning data into meaningful insights in a fast-paced, uncertain environment
