FACETS – US Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

• Work on US Healthcare processes using the FACETS platform.
• Handle healthcare transactions and process activities as per business requirements and SOPs.
• Perform accurate data entry, validation, maintenance, and processing within FACETS.
• Review and resolve process-related discrepancies and exceptions.
• Maintain quality, productivity, and turnaround-time targets.
• Follow HIPAA, client guidelines, and process compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalations.
• Support process improvements and maintain accurate documentation.

Required Skills

• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in FACETS – US Healthcare.
• Strong understanding of US Healthcare processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in US shifts.
• Ability to work from office as per business requirements.

Experience Band

• SPE: 1.6–4 years of relevant experience.
• SME: 4.5–6 years of relevant experience.
• Immediate joiners only.
