•  Healthcare IT and the Facets (TriZetto/Cognizant) platform

•  Hands-on delivery across Facets modules: Membership, Claims, Workflow, Accumulations

•  Strong in PL/SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, SSIS, C#, .NET, and Azure migration; complex query authoring, stored procedures, execution plan tuning, and data correction scripting

•  Experience in Facets upgrades, vendor integrations, and data migrations

•  Experience in designing and building custom Facets extensions and configuration components

•  SSIS package development and troubleshooting for Facets ETL/data migration pipelines

•  C#/.NET application debugging: stack trace analysis, Facets API and integration layer error resolution

•  Azure cloud migration experience: lift-and-shift, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, and hybrid connectivity patterns

•  Own resolution of P1/P2 production incidents; deliver RCA within 24 hours of resolution

•  Perform advanced Facets module diagnostics and execute approved SQL/script fixes within change control framework

•  Manage Facets batch failures end-to-end; communicate business impact and recovery status to Premera stakeholders

•  Participate in CAB, provide production risk assessments, and support 30-day post-deployment warranty

•  Maintain and enhance the Known Error Database (KEDB); author runbooks for L1 shift-left enablement

•  ServiceNow ITSM: incident lifecycle (P1–P4), problem management, KEDB governance, and CAB participation

•  Autosys / batch scheduling: job dependency analysis, failure triage, restart procedures, and batch runbook execution

•  Managed SLA compliance, production support, audit readiness, and incident management in a 24×7 environment
