Role description
This is a full-time remote role for a Facets Developer. The Facets Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting TriZetto Facets applications within the healthcare domain. Day-to-day responsibilities include Facets custom development and configuration, integration, troubleshooting, production support, and collaborating with business and technical teams. The role will also involve developing solutions, resolving technical issues, participating in testing, and ensuring applications meet business and performance requirements.

Qualifications
Strong proficiency in TriZetto Facets development, configuration, and customization.
Hands-on experience with Facets custom development, integrations, APIs, and production support.
Experience working with C#, .NET, Java, Python, SQL, stored procedures, and relational databases.
Familiarity with Facets tools and technologies such as FXI, SAM Tool, batch processing, and web services.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Experience with SDLC, testing, version control, and CI/CD processes.
Knowledge of healthcare/health insurance business processes, including claims, eligibility, benefits, and provider-related functions.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
