Role Description

• Analyze architectural drawings, IFC drawings, and tender documents for façade scope.
• Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for curtain walling, glazing, ACP cladding, louvers, etc.
• Perform quantity take-offs from AutoCAD drawings.
• Prepare cost estimates including material, labor, logistics, and installation.
• Float RFQs to vendors/suppliers and evaluate quotations.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for inputs and clarifications.
• Prepare and submit tenders, techno-commercial proposals, and bid comparisons.
• Value engineering to optimize cost without compromising quality.
• Maintain rate analysis database for materials and systems.
• Track project budgets vs actuals (post-order support if required).
• Identify risks and cost escalations during estimation stage.
