We are seeking a Facade Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of facade, curtain wall, ACP, and aluminium glazing projects. You'll own delivery on Industrial and commercial buildings from planning to handover.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end execution of facade, glazing, curtain wall, ACP, and aluminium projects on time, within budget, to spec.
- Coordinate across clients, consultants, architects, and internal design, procurement, fabrication, and installation teams.
- Build project schedules, manpower plans, and execution strategy; track progress and report through site meetings and reviews.
- Drive site delivery: installation, quality control, safety compliance, and material planning/availability.
- Resolve technical and operational issues; manage subcontractors and site supervisors.
- Support billing, measurements, and project documentation.
What we're looking for
- [7-14] years in facade/glazing/curtain wall project execution, with 3-4 years managing projects independently.
- Strong technical grasp of facade systems—unitized/semi-unitized, structural & ACP glazing.
- Proven ability to run multiple sites and lead teams.
- AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel, and ERP familiarity preferred.
- Open to site travel in India.
