Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facade Designer based in Thane. The Facade Designer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing shop drawings, developing innovative facade designs, and ensuring proper application of cladding and glazing techniques. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute projects, ensuring both aesthetic and structural requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating and reviewing shop drawings
• Strong expertise in facade design, including innovative and functional approaches
• Experience in cladding and glazing methodologies
• Understanding of facade systems and materials
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate with engineers and project teams
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is highly desirable
