Job Title: Façade Design Engineer / Façade Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Façade Design Engineer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality façade systems for building projects. The role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure façade designs meet aesthetic, functional, and performance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop façade concepts, detailed designs, and technical drawings in line with project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless design integration.
- Prepare accurate 2D and 3D models, drawings, renderings, and technical specifications for façade systems.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend appropriate façade materials, finishes, and sustainable technologies.
- Review and coordinate shop drawings, samples, prototypes, and mock-ups to ensure compliance with design intent and technical standards.
- Provide technical support during tendering, procurement, and construction stages of projects.
- Assist in resolving site-related technical issues and support project teams during execution.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong knowledge of façade materials including glass, aluminum, stone, and composite systems.
- Good understanding of building physics, envelope performance, and thermal behavior.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance.
