Facade Designer

We are a specialist faade design company with over 10 years of experience, supporting faade contractors and fabricators across the UK and Ireland, with design offices in Kochi and Bangalore. Our focus is on delivering reliable, buildable, and fabrication-ready faade design solutions, working closely with contractors to meet programme, quality, and site requirements.

We are looking for a Facade Designer to work on glazing and cladding packages for commercial projects. The role involves producing high-quality faade drawings from concept through construction, working closely with internal teams, fabricators, and contractors.

• Design glazing and cladding packages for commercial developments
• Produce general arrangement drawings, including building elevations and location plans
• Develop detailed drawings for faade elements in elevation, section, and detail
• Issue drawings for approval, coordinate design revisions, and progress packages to construction stage
• Prepare detailed drawings and schedules for: glazing and cladding brackets, flashings, panels, fixings and associated components
• Coordinate drawing information to suit fabrication and site installation requirements

• AutoCAD (essential)
• Revit (beneficial but not essential)
• Autodesk Inventor (beneficial but not essential)

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, faade detailing, and erection sequencing
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Experience with major aluminium system suppliers and their product ranges
• 35 years experience in faade detailing and procurement
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to project deadlines
