Job Description

  • wnership of the entire 3D designing work of a project.
  • Understand the clients BIM models and create the facade model in accordance.
  • Work planning and time estimation.
  • Design team capacity analysis and planning
  • Optimized designs as per project requirement
  • Creation of BOM for a project for correct estimation
  • Understand clients requirement
  • Meet the delivery deadlines of design work.
  • Information flow
  • Lead the 3D team
  • Align organizational needs and team & individual growth
  • Training.
  • On-time and full delivery
  • Design quality
  • Key Interactions:-Internal:-
  • Sales, Manufacturing, Service/Installation, Purchase, EstimationExternal:- Faade client, Faade ConsultantsTechnical & Behavioral Skills & Knowledge:-
  • Behavioral: Work under pressure, Lead a team to deliver as per requirement
  • Functional: Manage day to day work with proper planning for the entire team
  • Technical:
  • Education BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil engineering
  • Experience Minimum 10+ years experience in Faade design. Exposure in ME preferred.
  • Skills Required:-
  • Understanding of basic principles of Faade like Rain screen, drainage and pressure equalization.
  • Understanding of different building movements and their effect on faade design.
  • Handle bespoke designs of faade systems and related products like Canopy, Skylights, railings, Cladding systems, etc.
  • Material properties of different alloys of Aluminum & Steel
  • AutoCAD 2D & 3D
  • 3D software
  • Understanding the sequence of installation.
  • Good to have-
  • Knowledge of hands-on experience of 3D design software like AutoCAD 3D, Inventor, 3D Max
  • Key Performance Indicators
  • Delivery timeline adherence (BOM/Shop drawings)
  • Design/Shop drawings approval by consultant
  • Train the design team
